As I was emailing you about the dogs on Binford, the below just happened.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A car moved out and at the same time this RV moved in. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

From my understanding and what the public believes the county is telling them, no newcomers are allowed on Binford Rd.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If this is not a newcomer, he can find another place to go. His RV clearly works.\u00a0\u00a0 Having two set of rules in this county \u2014for those who follow the law and for those who don\u2019t\u2014-is infuriating the public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
