Terry Leo Kramer, 60, was booked into the Marin County Jail on suspicion of drug possession for sale, driving while his license is suspended for DUI and violating his release terms in a Sonoma County drug case, among other offenses. He remained in custody Sunday night in lieu of $10,000 bail.
