Rick was great! He’s right about moving the illegal parkers to the Civic Center where the County can do a much better job of providing them services. That would solve the problem of them polluting the preserve wetlands, too.
The Supervisors need to demonstrate some compassion for the citizens that fund their follies! Enforce the law and move them off Binford Road. That’s the compassionate thing to do for the homeless, too.
